We are changing how you sign in to our website. No more passwords to remember. From mid-July, you log in with a secure code sent straight to your email.

The Moduplay Group, including Kaebel Leisure, are upgrading the way accounts work across all brands! The change lands from Monday 13 July 2026. You will no longer set or remember a password. When you sign in, we send a six-digit code to your email. You pop the code in, and you are through.

Unified Access: One account now works across every Moduplay Group website. Sign in once and you carry that access with you, rather than keeping a separate login for each site.

Passwordless Security: Passwords are out. Every login uses a fresh, single-use code sent to your inbox.

Your Data Remains Intact: Your account is not going anywhere. Your order history, saved details, and pricing access all carry over.

No Extra Work: You do not need to register again or set anything up. The only thing that changes is the way you sign in.
How the New Login Works

Enter your email
Head to any of our sites and click Sign In. We will ask for your email address.

Check your inbox
We send a six-digit code to that address. It usually arrives within a minute.

Enter the code
Type it in and you are signed in. The code works for 15 minutes, then it expires for your security.
If you have signed in recently, you may not need a code at all. We recognise your active session and let you straight through.

- Make sure the email address on your account is current. That inbox is now your key, so it needs to be one you can reach.
- Add email@moduplay.com.au to your safe senders list, so your codes land in your inbox and not your spam folder.
- If you have shared a login with a colleague in the past, have a chat about who holds the account from here, since codes go to one inbox.
Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder. You can ask for a new code, with a 60-second wait between requests. If it still has not turned up, your email address may be out of date on the account, and our team can fix that for you.
Security and accountability are our top priorities. Individual accounts ensure that your activity is secure and compliant with modern data protection standards. Moving away from shared credentials also prevents accidental account lockouts and ensures you always have a clear view of your own project history and preferences.
The system is designed for your convenience. If you request multiple codes, only the most recently sent code will be active. Please discard any older emails to avoid confusion—if you enter the latest code from your inbox, you will be signed in immediately.
Before 13 July, we recommend logging into your page to verify that the email address on file is the one you currently use and have access to. If you are unable to access your account to check these details, please reach out to our team at 1800 806 145, and we can verify your contact information for you.
Yes. If you have signed in recently and have an active session, the system will recognise you, and you may not need to enter a code at all. For new sessions, the simple email-based code system provides a balance between robust security and ease of access.
