Exclusions and Disclaimers
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the first purchaser from the date of despatch or installation (if in scope). Coverage applies to the respective materials and product groups as specified, with the exclusions as listed below. Our liability under this warranty is for the supply of repair or replacement parts and materials at our discretion.
General Inclusions
We will cover the cost of parts replaced or repaired under warranty (other than wear parts) for 2 years. We will cover the cost of freight for repair or replacement parts. In the case of repair works, the client is responsible for suitably preparing the goods for return freight.
General Exclusions
Our warranty excludes coverage for aesthetic or cosmetic issues such as surface corrosion and discolouration or fading, deliberate acts of vandalism or misuse, and normal wear and tear. Warranty will be voided if modifications or repairs are carried out without our consent. Products impacted by extended or improper storage prior to installation are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Validation
Product must be installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and best practise trade methodology. To maintain the validity of the warranty, proper maintenance and inspection records are required. The warranty will be voided if protective coatings are not adequately maintained.
Sand Environments
Products installed in or near sandy (or similarly harsh and abrasive) environments will be subject to advanced signs of wear and tear. This will be especially evident on rope products and effect the protective coatings on other materials. This effect is most evident where the environment includes water. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, including the effects of such environments.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the first purchaser from the date of despatch. Coverage applies to the respective materials and product groups as specified, with the exclusions as listed below. Our liability under this warranty is for the supply of repair or replacement parts and materials at our discretion.
Water Environments
Installations in or near saltwater, chlorinated water, extreme humidity or surface dampness may be subject to advanced impacts of corrosion or rot. Products should be selected based on the environment to minimise the effect of this.
Timber Materials
It is recognised that timber is a natural product and will usually exhibit changes over time. This requires a commitment to regular inspection and maintenance to ensure warranty applies. Timber surfaces should be recoated periodically depending on UV exposure and usage levels. We recommend a program of annual recoating to maximise material longevity and validate warranty.
