They’ll coordinate with a designer to prepare a concept and pricing, with one initial design and revision free of charge. If your project needs more development, you can commission us for the full design phase.
Once your order is placed, your project moves into detailed design and engineering, then into manufacturing and packaging. Custom products take longer than our standard 4–6 weeks. Please allow up to 18 weeks for delivery.
We’ll ship your equipment directly to your preferred location, ready for installation by your team or one of our suggested installers.
