Here’s how it works.

We work closely with you to understand your vision, budget, and the people you’re designing for.

Unsure of where to start?

We can organise a discovery call with a design and product consultant to get a better understanding of your project and provide guidance on next steps.

In the early stages?

To give us a clear direction of what you’re hoping to achieve, we’ll need dimensions, as well as any inspiration, drawings or models.

Already have a concept in mind?

If you’ve got designs ready to go, send through the drawing files and we’ll prepare a detailed quote.

A member of our project consultation team will collaborate with our designers to develop an initial concept model and provide indicative pricing. This includes one complimentary concept and a single revision.

During this stage, we may suggest refinements to enhance the design or request additional details to ensure the proposal aligns with your vision and site requirements. If your project needs more development, we can discuss the best path forward to ensure you get the desired outcome.

Once your order is placed, your project moves into detailed design and engineering, then into manufacturing and packaging. The lead time will vary depending on the complexity and components within your order. As a guide, we recommend allowing 10 – 12 weeks, but this will be confirmed by our project consultant once we have a clear understanding of your needs.

We’ll ship your equipment directly to your preferred location, ready for installation by your team or one of our suggested installers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

With rope-based play equipment, anything is possible – think custom nets, tunnels and bridges.

Got something a little left of center in mind? You’ve come to the right place! Our team love nothing more than a (slightly) ambitious, (mildly) far fetched idea.

Custom products take longer than our standard 4-6 weeks. As a guide, we recommend allowing 10-12 weeks, but this will be confirmed by our project consultant once we have a clear understanding of your project.

We’ll work with you to find solutions that align with your budget, while keeping in mind that a larger budget allows for a broader scope. As a general guide, we recommend a minimum budget of $20k.
