Our process
At Kaebel Leisure we’re all about innovation, to us no idea is too big or too small! Whether you’re looking for a small custom net, or a showstopping rope-based structure to act as the centerpiece of your play space, our team can work with you to make it happen.
A member of our customer service team will work with you to understand your concept, budget, and who you’re designing for. They’ll coordinate with a designer to prepare a concept and pricing, with one initial design and revision free of charge. If your project needs more development, you can commission us for the full design phase.
Once your order is placed, your project moves into detailed design and engineering, then into manufacturing and packaging. Custom products take longer than our standard 4–6 weeks. Please allow up to 18 weeks for delivery.
We’ll ship your equipment directly to your preferred location, ready for installation by your team or one of our suggested installers.
