Project Overview

Wadanggari Park, nestled in the heart of St Leonards, has been transformed into a vibrant hub of activity and play. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty and the cultural heritage of the area, the playground is designed to blend seamlessly with its surroundings while offering an inclusive and stimulating play environment for children of all abilities.

Kaebel Leisure’s Contribution

As part of our involvement in the Wadanggari Park playground project, Kaebel Leisure was entrusted with a critical role: designing and manufacturing an extensive array of floor and wall nets. This task showcased our expertise in creating bespoke, interactive play elements that are integral to the playground’s design and functionality.

  • Floor Nets: Our team crafted a series of expansive floor nets, engineered to provide a safe, resilient surface for play. These nets offer a unique sensory experience, encouraging children to balance, jump, and explore, stimulating both physical and cognitive development.

  • Wall Nets: In addition to floor nets, we also produced an array of wall nets, designed to complement the playground’s vertical play elements. These nets serve as both climbing structures and safety barriers, offering children the thrill of height and discovery within a secure environment.

  • Rope Walkways: Bridging the gap between different play zones within the park, our rope walkways add an element of adventure to the playground landscape. These walkways are not only functional but also serve as a dynamic play element that challenges balance and coordination.

Collaborative Success

The successful completion of the Wadanggari Park playground project is a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation. Working alongside Arcadia Landscape Architecture and under the project management of Solutions Contracting, alongside local councils and the community, we’ve created a play space that is not only visually stunning but also rich in play value. Our rope structures, climbing nets, and walkways are designed to stand the test of time, offering countless hours of joy and adventure to the families of St Leonards and beyond.

A Commitment to Quality and Safety

At Kaebel Leisure, we are dedicated to ensuring that all our projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality. The Wadanggari Park project was no exception, with every element of our work undergoing rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that we deliver a safe, durable, and engaging play environment.
