Kaebel Leisure joined the Moduplay Group mid-2021 and we get occasional questions regarding the impacts to our service and autonomy, so we’d like to provide an update.
The Moduplay Group team are very respectful of both Kaebel Leisure’s team and our customers. Since 2021 they have understood we need to maintain what has made Kaebel Leisure so successful and allowed us to serve such a large number of customers as a partner in their projects.
How do we do this?

Kaebel Leisure and Moduplay operate separate operational teams. (Only the frontline Customer Service teams overlap to make sure your calls and emails are answered). - Confidentiality
Your projects with Kaebel remain confidential. We maintain our own information systems and do not share clients information with the Group. - Limited reporting
We provide only high-level financial and business reports to the Group, excluding specifics about projects.
