Have an idea that doesn’t quite fit within our range? Our bespoke design service allows you to transform our standard equipment into a one-of-a-kind rope playground piece.
To get started, share as much detail as possible about your desired outcome. The more insight you provide, the clearer the direction for our design team.
A member of our project consultation team will reach out to organise a discovery call with you and our design team. Here we’ll discuss the project more in depth including scope, theming, inspiration, budget, timeline as well as preferred activities and play types.
To provide the most accurate quote, we will need a clear idea of what you’re after — dimensions, inspiration photos, drawings or models are all a great starting point.
Based on our discovery call, we’ll develop an initial concept model and provide indicative pricing that works within your budget. This includes one complimentary concept and a single revision. Any additional design fees will be outlined before proceeding.
During this stage, we may suggest refinements to enhance the design or request additional details to ensure the proposal aligns with your vision and site requirements.
Once your order is placed, your project moves into detailed design and engineering, then into manufacturing and packaging. The lead time will vary depending on the complexity and components within your order. As a guide, we recommend allowing up to 20 weeks for production.
We’ll ship your equipment directly to your preferred location, ready for installation by your team or one of our suggested installers.

We offer a wide selection of equipment, including themed pieces within our KaebelLand range, that are ready to be adapted to suit your theme, vision, budget and site constraints.

The timeline is highly dependent on the project scope and complexity, so please allow for approx. 12-20 weeks for production (after design phase).
We’ll work with you to find solutions that align with your budget, while keeping in mind that a larger budget allows for a broader scope. As a general guide, we recommend a minimum budget of $100k.
