Following consultation with the local community, the City of Parramatta set out to create a space for the growing Eastwood community inspired by the idea of a ‘shared backyard’. An accessible public space where people could play, exercise, socialise and connect, with the landmark playground at its heart.

Working with the team at Moduplay, we designed a range of custom nets to integrate with the series of elevated towers, creating climbing obstacles and challenges for everyone from toddlers to more confident climbers.

Each tower offers different ways to get up and explore, with a spiral net providing an easier challenge for little ones and a space net offering something a little more adventurous. Once you’re up, there are plenty of places to discover, with a rope bridge connecting all three towers, adding another layer of adventure!
